Caroline, like her mother Jane, developed her interest in osteopathy through observation, watching her mother work. She qualified at the British School of Osteopathy in 1989 and has since integrated her formal training with the traditional approach she learned through her mother’s practice.
After qualifying, Caroline joined her mother in practice, working side by side in Mill Hill. In 1992, she established her own clinic in Edgware, where she continues to practise today.
Caroline treats a broad spectrum of patients, from young children through to older adults. She works with pregnant women during pregnancy and continues care post-natally, and regularly treats adolescents using a range of osteopathic and gentle cranial techniques. Caroline is also mindful and respectful of the needs of religious women within the local community, ensuring care is delivered with sensitivity and understanding.
Alongside her clinical work, Caroline has made a significant contribution to osteopathic education. She taught at the College of Osteopaths, where she helped establish one of their training clinics and later became Vice Principal. She also served as Chair and Trustee of the College of Osteopaths for 20 years, retiring from this role in 2024.
Now approaching 40 years in practice, Caroline is focused on her clinical work and ongoing professional development, remaining committed to maintaining high standards of care and continual learning.
Her approach to osteopathy is holistic and patient-centred, using skilled, hands-on treatment to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance and function.
